Among the symptoms of gynecomastia; swelling, pain, tenderness in the breasts, fluid coming from one or both nipples. It is very important to manually examine both breasts for the treatment of gynecomastia. In glandular type gynecomastia, the hard breast tissue is predominant and is surgically removed.

In mixed-type gynecomastia, there is excess adipose tissue and glandular tissue, and surgical operation and liposuction are performed at the same time. The other type, fat type gynecomastia, can only be treated with liposuction since the adipose tissue is predominant. In other classifications, an appropriate treatment method is selected by evaluating the excess skin and the size of the breast tissue.
